The staff and owner are very friendly, and have been very kind and helpful through the whole process. We came to test drive a hybrid Lexus, after looking around, we ended up test driving 3 different cars, all with very low mileages and reasonably priced. Put a deposit down that included a 12 month warranty and aftercare, waited for the paperwork and came to collect a few weeks later. The car has been driving as if it was brand new!
