Return and Refund Policy

The deposit is only refundable if:

The customer views the vehicle in-person for the first time after placing a deposit over the phone/email/video call/phone website/online/social media/email and does not want to go ahead with the purchase for any reason. This clause does not apply for delivery charges. This clause does not apply for the above: Deposits placed on vehicles that have not been viewed in person and are requested for delivery are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances if the customer wishes to withdraw from the sale before the car has been delivered.

Financing option fails for the customer - In the event that a customer’s finance application is declined, the reservation deposit shall be refunded in full. However, the customer agrees to complete their finance application within 24 hours of placing the reservation deposit. If the customer fails to submit the required finance application within this period, or otherwise delays the process, the dealer reserves the right to retain the entire deposit to cover business losses incurred by the vehicle being withheld from sale.

The vehicle is withdrawn from sale by Asahi Motors due to vehicular issues needing to be rectified (unless agreed that the issue can be resolved and proceed with the purchase). For any new vehicular issues aftersale, the customer is kindly reminded that as per the Consumer Rights Act and our company policy, they must contact the dealer/Asahi Motors first before taking any diagnostic/repair work via email for these issues to be in writing and for approval. Please note that certain vehicles (including BMW 1 Series and 3 Series) may present with headlight water build up/condensation/headlight faults due to condensation after sale. This cannot be predicted when it can occur as this is a BMW manufacturer fault which is well established. Asahi Motors takes no liability for this fault if it this fault/issue arises after sale and will be at the customers expense if not covered under warranty.
